They then learn how to optimize energy and decrease their risk of chronic diseases. This session also provides guidelines on what types of foods to include and in what amounts.

The do’s and don’ts of eating for health and longevity. Participants learn how to reduce their risk of chronic diseases including diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and osteoporosis.

This presentation is ideal for employees who face the challenges of healthy eating when they travel for work. This can also be adapted to suit those looking for tips on healthy eating while on vacation.

Does sugar cause diabetes? Is it ok to eat eggs? Are breads fattening? We’ve all heard different advice around nutrition. But what’s right? This session provides truthful and factual answers to some of the most common nutrition myths.

Lose Weight the Healthy Way

An informative session for people looking to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight. Includes tried and true tips for safe and healthy weight loss.

Build a Better Box Lunch

Many of us want to eat healthier, but feel lost when it comes to making a healthy lunch for ourselves or our children. Participants learn the building blocks for healthy meals and snacks as well as portable food ideas.

Eat for a Healthy Heart

This session teaches the basics of heart healthy eating. It also includes tips on some of the lesser known changes people can make to improve their cholesterol levels and blood pressure.

The Skinny on Fad Diets

This session provides tips on how to spot a fad diet. A review of some of the most current “diets” helps the participant decipher the dangerous from the safe ones.

Geared toward the Christmas and New Year or Thanksgiving holiday seasons, participants learn practical tips to enjoy holiday foods without sabotaging their healthy eating goals.

Enjoyed by kids and adults alike, this interactive game is a fun yet informative way to learn about good nutrition.
