Whether you have been racing for years at an elite level or have recently taken up a sport for recreation, Eat to Compete will help you improve your performance! In these 2-hour sessions you will:
- Learn the most up-to-date recommendations for carbohydrate, protein and fluid intakes for training and competition.
- Find safe and acceptable supplements that will help your performance.
- Hear practical tips from other successful athletes about what works for them.
- Develop your own nutrition plan for training and race day, based on your sport and level of competition.
