Description

Eating for a Healthy Cycle is a 14 day, virtual group coaching program designed for women who are wanting to learn more about how to eat to support a healthy cycle.​ In this program you are going to be provided the tools to nourish your body in order to feel your best.

 

We focus on getting you healthy, feeling good, and working on sustainable changes that will last the rest of your life.​

 

​What You Learn

  • Understanding and optimizing your menstrual cycle

  • ​How to support your body during both cycle phases: luteal and follicular

  • All about protein, carbohydrates, fibre, fat, vitamins, and minerals unique to your cycle

  • All about your hormones and the role they play in: mood, stress, appetite, sex, and digestion

  • Joyful movement, stress management, and importance of sleep

  • and so much more

  • (2) 60 minute, weekly virtual group coaching sessions

  • Luteal phase recipes and follicular phase recipes

  • Access to private FaceBook group for accountability, motivation, and education

  • This is not a quick fix, crash diet, or weight loss program.

  • Patience. This process takes time and dedication.

  • You may not see or feel any changes right off the bat, and you need to be okay with that. Your body may go through an adjustment period.
