Stop Dieting & Start Living is a 4 week, virtual group coaching program designed for women who are looking to ditch the fad diet and are committed to making changes to their overall health.​ This program will help you repair your relationship with food and your body so you can start enjoying life free of guilt and shame. You are going to be provided the tools to nourish your body in order to feel your best and look your best.

 

We focus on getting you healthy, feeling good, and working on sustainable changes that will last the rest of your life. When we focus on those things first, weight loss will follow.

What You Learn

  • All about protein, carbohydrates, fibre, fat, vitamins, and minerals unique to women's health.

  • How to create balanced meals without measuring or calorie counting and healthy portion sizes

  • All about your hormones and the role they play in: mood, stress, appetite, sex, and digestion

  • Meal Prep, understanding nutrition labels and healthy grocery shopping

What to Expect

  • This is not a quick fix, crash diet, lose weight fast program.

  • Patience. This process takes time and dedication.

  • You may not see any changes right off the bat, and you need to be okay with that. Changing habits takes time.

  • I will never guilt, shame, belittle, or embarrass you and I expect the same level of respect from each participant.

  • Didn't meet your weekly goal? Drank too much on the weekend? Didn't go for a walk? That's okay, life happens.

  • You are not ready to take responsibility for your health and cannot commit to making changes. It's ok, I understand.

  • You are currently being treated for an eating disorder. I am not qualified to work with you but can refer to someone who can
